One things I can tell you I would do is put my hand in my pocket and buy some shares on the market ...if I was the CEO and on those wages that's being paid to the MD...
That would give some sort of confidence to my holders....that's the way I think...
Now this idea was without being paid like MD...imagine what I would do if I was paid big...
No need to pump ..after that...
