Unfortunately, Arjay that would most likely do nothing to the share price, that is not the magical resolution.
That aside, we have no idea if Diamond or anyone else can afford to buy the number of shares that you or anyone else deems required.
If someone on Hotcopper said Arjay seems well off, he should buy mega shares, it would be inappropriate and quite arrogant for anyone to suggest to know you and your financial situation, apart from the fact that those that think 1 or even all board members buying shares will control and permanently raise a share price are very likely delusional.
The market is a dynamic beast, and the thing that most often raises a share price is the outstanding promise that can be seen to be forthcoming with some certainty, or revenue, with good profit attached.

There are aspects that appear quite anomalous in the market, and that's what creates opportunities and losses, steering through that advantageously is the goal.
