Possibly more appropriate & if SH feel the need, to reach out to the externally remunerated investment advisor as that is his role. Would prefer to have the CEO focussed solely on running the business & working for me as distinct from answering dozens of emails each day. In the absence of a meaningful response then consider escalating to the company directly.
