Of course there is a correlation between a stock that hasn't had SP appreciation in almost 12 months and the disgruntlement on HC. The correlation doesn't matter, think about what is the causation. Dwindling volume with ongoing updates, why is this you must ask?
Maybe a general sentiment of no faith in the management perhaps.
I'm not even suggesting anything with respect to the competence of management, but when no one is buying the stock its pretty obvious there's just no interest in the story at the moment.
