I think CP is referring to the CHM cornerstone investor for up to $30 million. Its a novel and pretty bloody good deal really Ensures pipeline is fully funded for several years. Dilution controlled by future funds being linked to future share price.
The CHM deal is the first of that type I have seen. Its clever. It came about because of a failed CR where retail holders didnt take up their fuĺl entitlement, meaning a trial and a licensing agreement were left unfunded.
Would be fantastic if ANP could pull a similar deal. But I think it unlikely.
