Whether or not the stock is being manipulated & whether or not Diamond is a clown is subject to one’s opinion. However given that a SP is generally accepted as the value the market places on a company it should be beholden on management to make a quarterly comment on SP movement. Along with the raft of other ASX mandated reports on listed company’s it should be commented upon. Directors cop out on this aspect of management big time but it is the most transparent & measureable aspect of their performance.
