The other thing is that ANP is cum-raise. They will need 20m for the trial which is well telegraphed & everyone knows about it. However they were probably expecting a large SP appreciation in to mid year to do a CR around 20-30.

Now its drifting lower & they still need the CR to launch the trial this year

Longer it is left unfunded, lower it drifts as the CR is ever closer

we are in much better position compared to one year before, I agree any thing could happen but need to have a reasonable circumstance to make unthinkable happen
