The shameless market manipulators weren't too embarrassed to cap the share price at 28 cents on closing either. Not by a long chalk...... they do know that market manipulation is illegal, don't they. Don't they?Perhaps one of their mates is in charge of the regulators and they can manipulate with impunity.
