Hi the PRV as I understand it is a separate entitlement that can be sold down the track for circa 100m once approval has been granted by the FDA and wouldn't form part of any partnership deal normally. Doesn't need to be split at all. This would normally be onsold as the benefit would be significantly be more to us that way. Worth more to big pharma with multiple drug pipelines that want to buy it. Again none of this is factored in our sp yet so this is a bonus!
