We will get an update before or on Friday as they have a legal obligation to report their financials by the 31st which is a Sunday. Like I said if there is no deal by then the kitty will be looking very dry in the quarterly this week when they report which won’t be a good look. That’s why I’m almost positive they will put the quarterly out with an announcement on Friday.
