Would someone please correct me if i am wrong here, But is HC a place where people can congregate on a set forum of interest and share their personal thoughts on a selected stock.
It would appear we have a poster i wont mention any names, that these days finds it painful to read these threads. Well i will say this, his/her change in tack is different from his/her usual approach, whereby normally any negative comments are met by a lecture on how the market works and how these people know nothing about the markets , we are not professionals, the members of our team know it all and we as SH have no idea blah blah blah, but he always appears to bring to the fore the unnamed 6, who they know who they are, and apparently everyone else that reads these threads does also.
So it would appear that now, we have left the market lecture behind, and moved onto weird brain puffs , so let me get this straight we are on a forum talking stocks, yet for some unknown reason, we are considered weird if we put out a hypothetical, i would say that 80 -90 of discussions across HC are on hypothetical scenarios,
Look to the past reports
Wilson Valuations
Morgans valuations
Collins Valuations
Are all their projections not hypothetical, they must be because none of their valuations thus far have come to frution ( FACT )
Have we actually paid good money, for nothing more than a brain puff, or are their ideas acceptable because they are a positive projections, that by human nature everyone likes to hear, so we smile and say it must be correct its 30c higher than where we sit today hooray and nobody actually questions the cost.
Our MD through past presentations does nothing but throw the valuation of Sarepta and the Roche deal in our faces time after time, and Sareptas Market Cap yet we are damned on this forum for putting forwards our own hypothetical ideas and valuations of where we could possible finish up should a similar opportunity arise for ANP. much the same as we all, well the majority on this forum were guilty of talking partnerships when Sareptas trial went sour and their MC was devastated by $8bil overnight
Of course someone is going to make the connection, and light the fire, once again its human nature people want and sometimes even wish their investment to succeed, yet because we make these hypotheses, it would appear somehow its very distasteful to some, and to painful to even read
Its just a pity someone never rocked up on a Sarepta forum At $182.00 SP And put a hypothetical out their, to potential shareholders, that hey guys hypothetically this trial is not a given, only to see the following day news arrive and their SP drop to a low of $82,00
Yes we know its a risk but it didn't stop the law suits did it
To be quite honest i don't want to talk facts, i know the facts and the facts from the past believe me are not that encouraging at all to say the very least, so all i can do moving forwards, because i know no different is to look at my investment from a hypothetical point of view
I have to look at the positive from a hypothetical moving forwards with the knowledge i have
I have to look at the negatives from a hypothetical moving forwards with the knowledge i have
And if i choose to share that hypothetical information on this forum either positive or negative it is my right to do so, it is no different to the any of the brokers reports was it Collins that forecast a takeover cant quite remember of the top of my head, is that a fact no its hypothetical it is not a fact
Do i post on here to worry others and drive investment away no not on your life, i want to see this stock succeed, i passionately want to see this stock succeed.

Whatever i post on these forums the majority of the time is backed up by fact, which i have challenged anyone on this forum in the past to prove otherwise, and on the odd occasion if i have slipped up, then i have owned my mistake and sincerely apologised,

I wrote to our chair on the 16 Jan 22 and received a reply on the 15th March Charmaine gave her reasons for the delay which i gracefully accepted, even so it did not excuse the number of emls i sent to Sue chasing up my correspondence for that reply.
I have not written back since that time and am just in the process of putting further correspondence together to catch up again. I let the 6 - 7 month period go by because my main issues are over finance, and i just wanted to see what would actually eventuate, also if you were to question the finances as other on here have posted you were referred back to the so called update in either the AGM or the prospectus
This latest update gives us nothing on the finance since the AGM except maybe a referral for management to settle the troops by indicating we were updated in August so go away once more.
So i put it out there to anyone as to why my hypothetical reference to requiring upwards of $70mil plus prior to futility is so distasteful and so out there so repulsive and laughable,
believe me i am not laughing i am genuinely concerned
FACT by order of Ann we require $72mil to complete the DMD trial
FACT we are this present day $50mil short to take this to fruition
FACT Look to the past for all that has been achieved where did it elevate us to 35c high
Hypothetical Look to the future in the present market what is going to elevate this to 60c pre futility, with what we know is coming.
For me to actually even contemplate converting my options the SP will have to be NORTH of 60c i am not going to be caught out again, where by i supported these people with a $180 k conversion of my 8c options only to see the SP retrace back to 3c sorry once bitten for me I'm afraid
Fact not hypothetical the 48c Options are not a guaranteed funding
So if for any reason we have an average read out well i can only be guided by my research and past history that research i have put forwards to this forum in the shape of a webiner headed up by 3 VC respected in their field please once more watch from the 30min mark with regards to markets reaction to trial data

If we scrimp to futility and actually raise the bare minimum $14mil which by this last Ann gives me no confidence whatsoever to think otherwise, and the above VC scenario pans out on results,
HOW HOW will we proceed with no funding
I would say again from a hypothetical point we are predatory bait for whom ever has the funds,

So i have had my say, i now want to go back to the referred to 6, that there appears to be a constant degradation of , chose if i am one of those being referred to or not, is this not the type of behaviour that govts have been trying to stamp out, We are an open forum here people are entitled to their opinions this constant put down of the 6 is tantamount to bullying in a public place, its demeaning and humiliating its disgraceful. these 6 are entitled to their opinions and those opinions like it or not, if you don't share it then at least be respectful in your comments or don't bother commenting
This poster asks Please Please post less frequently, so not because i feel bullied or intimidated by this poster, but because i am sick of his constant disgusting innuendo i will for the immediate future refrain from posting here on the ANP thread
I will be happy to converse with any of the holders if interested in realistic conversation , with whom i have had a respectful dialogue with over the years outside of this garbage.
Final thoughts are i hope my so called formulated hypothetical negative scenario does not transpire and turn into a fact , lets hope in all hopes, i don't come back here and say i told you so
