Well as I have always said, Covid results and OI are very valuable data for the future but they are long shots as plenty of work in terms of trials (human) needs doing and more data needs to be generated before there is any move forward to get into commercialisation..

As Dalts say these are icing on cake ....the cake is the DMD trial as last few years of work and $$ have gone into it and bring it to the stage where we are only 1.5 years away from possible commercialisation plans..

Can you imagine if the futility results come good in 1.5 years time ...where would we go...Pharmas will be chasing us with blank cheques...

Now my take is I have never been worried about the current trial data...strange isn't it??

That's because for some reason I am pretty positive that it's going to come good and there is going to be some really positive effects on the patients..Reason is the data that has been generated in the last few years starting with ..

Oz trials - Fantastic data to support study in approval trial starting anytime now
Positive data in Trials with Plasma samples ( In 2 DMD modifer proteins)
Positive data on Bone proteins

Now to add to this there will be data out in next couple of months from dystro combo drugs

My concern has always been to get to the trial and get it up and running ....and that concern has taken a toll with time and $$...now hopefully we get it up and running asap...I liked it that MD said that was the primary focus in couple of presos in last few weeks ..

So TBH...I am not thinking beyond DMD trials right now and I think the big Pharmas have a lot to loose if they do not look at us soon...almost 20 years of work has gone to come to the stage where we are now...I know 1103 and 1102 didn't do much earlier but this time it does look like it's on the path even though some delays on the way..
