Volumes higher of late. Needs to take out 23.5 for more confidence.
After almost a year of this "consolidation" phase between 16 and 23.5c with a couple of spike highs beyond that, I have a view that the ducks are lining up. Thanks to the more medically knowledgeable on these threads. I added today.
