It's my guess that it's In anticipation of the upcoming announcements that :-

1. the new factory is complted and up an running.

Then ultimately ... the new factory is running at full capacity to cope with current demand ... then ...

2. another new factory is being built to cope with future anticipated demand.
3. the second new factory is up and running to cope with demand.

Let's just hope the producers of the raw product can keep up with their demand ... I'd say Fonterra's busy right now keeping up with just BUBS
