In the midst of bad news today I am very pleased to share a reply to my email from Whk . I requested for a confirmation of the deals announced in the latest 4C report. The reply came back within 24 hours and Terry Roberts confirmed that
(1) Regarding global sales channel developed through integration with EZShield/Soniq (middle para of page 2 ) Whk confirmed that we have 3 mature discussions with two Tier 1 US financial institutions and one Global insurance company
(2) Progress for the quarter (middle para of page 4 ) Whk confirmed that there are currently additional initial discussions with two OTHER Tier 1 financial institutions and one insurance group . Whk emphasize that these discussions are in the early stages.
So we have three plus two deals in the pipeline I think this is very exciting for a company which has a mc of only $15m INSANE!!!!
