My guess was a Global company like Siemens or the like however looking online Siemens has around 380,000 employees.

The company might not have provided it to every single employee however using the 150,000 employee figure X $3 per user per month then this contract would be $5.4 million annually. Livetiles may have provided some sort of wholesale discount based on the number of employees however if it hasn't already been reported, then this would certainly move the ARR dial.
