none of it will matter if your looking to invest medium to long,

I fluffed around 2 weeks ago at 2.60 for 15000 shares , borked at transferring money to my commsec acc and missed it

emv has a little bit of a history of sell
on the announcements you could wait for that( especially if the announcements are good)

when the daily price gets close to the 20,50 Sma I tend to buy not when it's far away, it's quiet a bit away at the moment

this was something I learnt a few years into trading timing entry in a share that's running can give you more bang for your buck

some things I do
pick my investment time frame
pick a $$ i want to invest or number of shares I want to own ( I like round numbers )
go harder than I want with my first buy ( back yourself )
leave ammo in case she swings down
be prepared to loose the lot and not have it effect your daily life or mood,
know when to pul the plug if the story changes, never go down with the boat
