Just a clarification on the 'bots'.
When an insto gives a VWAP (volume weighted average price) oder to a broker, they (broker) use their algos to do the accumulation.
They DO NOT pay per trade like us plebs. The bot will feed and then buy on a continuous basis (sometimes). Once the position has been accumulated say over 1 - 2 weeks, a consolidated contract note is sent to buyer with their brokerage added of course.This may be say $10k (brokerage) depending on the value of the order. Just examples but it should give a feel for how the big end works.
Bots generally means someone wants in but does not want to push price too much.
Note, it also works in reverse.
