Yes - looks like it! A 4:1 buy/sell ratio now and increasing by the hour. Summer sale appears to be over with punters now having to pay up. If this is confirmed - rather than just a lull in the selling - then the SP should take off. Commencement of Stage 2 will help as it will signal to the market that technical issues have been fixed and that all is ready for the 'main game'.
