IMO it’s short term ppl / ppl who may have bought the chart looking for a quick buck, but as is the case most of the time with this end of the market, they often end up losing money piling over each other panic selling at first sign of any downward pressure. Good opportunity though for those who see the fundamental side of the equation, I was happy to pick up a few recently
