Achieving required sensitivity and specificity thresholds has always been the biggest challenge for this technology. But to speculate that there are still 'serious issues' with the quality of images is just that - speculation.
It is more likely, in my view, that the oft stated objective of setting up the validation trial for success is still in play but is taking a little longer than both the Company and we expected. But this is OK because it is far more important to get it right than rush to market.
There should be clarification within days just exactly where we are up to - both with respect to final pre validation Stage 2 and 3 outcomes and likely commencement of the validation trials.
