Wouldn't you be expecting a gap-down to 1.42c first?
Having said that, the reason for the CR is to enable EMV to expand so we may see a rush of interest from new investors. I am sure someone is going to try and push this down to accumulate.
I think that the most exciting quarter will be Q4 after the completion of 30 enrollments in CY2020 Q3. Watch it boom when the scan results trickle through between now and xmas.
