Yes, you’re right. I took the matter to a class action law firm, who took it to a company that funds those cases (the costs are enormous). The law firm told me they only reason they wouldn’t pursue it was because iSelect isn’t big enough to justify the costs of the case, including payouts to investors, legal fees, etc.
