that’s really melodramatic before any details are known - share consolidation reduces the number of shares held but the % of ownership is retained. If the consolidation is accompanied by progression within the company – say a big chunk of change from the LSE listing and being first MM co in Britain – it could be very positive for current holders. If it’s just a false tactic to raise the demand for the stock without backing it up with commercials, well that would be bad.
