So, I'm pretty green with this gold prospecting business, but have to think that MEI is significantly undervalued based on current potential alone.
For example: When looking at indicated resource within the Juruena project, specifically Donna Maria and Querosene being approximately 205,800oz and gold price currently (28 Oct 20) being $1875oz there is an indicated “value in the ground” of $385,875,000.
Now take into account that MEI are still drilling at these sites and expanding the indicated resource, that value in the ground can only be expected to grow.
From an extraction perspective, from what I have been able to find, extracting that resource is likely to cost $1,000-1,200 per oz.
So right now, we’re looking at profit from the indicated resource of $138,915,000- $180,075,000.
Already, this is well above current market cap.
Then we add in what we’re all excited about with the historic Palm Springs project…Let's see those initial assays roll in!
Hopefully this makes sense to others, and isn’t just the ramblings of some over excited newbie!
