Purely my potentially fictional thoughts, but I have seen a strong history of a "leaky ship" type price decline or price rise pending announcements over the past couple of years with BD1.
I am not knocking the company. I have traded them a fair bit and I like the idea if BD1 long-term.
I have just noticed price declines before good news and price hikes before unfavourable news (cap raises etc)
So on today's 15% spike I have sold.
I will await the retrace and buy back around the high 2's again.
