That chart is technically spot on and @W3hunter offered comontanary based on it's indicators ..
The precursor to any chart imo is based on a number of impacting prior fundamentals... The value of T/A along with F/A is becoming a must from my perspective when choosing the value/growth potential and entry/exit points of any stock when investing or trading..
