Nobody puts a buy/sell order on for that sort of large amount if they are serious about selling or buying; it's done purely in an attempt to manipulate the market. If you really want to sell/buy a very large quantity you would do it in small bites over days so as not to work against yourself.
Likely the ASX pulled it because it was blatant market manipulation.
