Thank you for your considered reply Fitzroy. I have read it three times, and it is measured and thoughtful.
My counter argument stems from my own sphere of influence, which is healthcare. In my game failure is not an option, and perfection is demanded.
The BOD have to appreciate that if they wish to be differentiated from the usual corporate shysters, every aspect of their behaviour needs to be exemplary, and that includes honest disclosure.
The current quarterly fails to meet that standard.
Drip feeding information to certain posters is also not acceptable behaviour.
All the posting about buybacks/dividends is laughable- this company remains in survival mode at best, adrift upon the stormy seas of insufficient capital and sovereign risk.
