We are allowed to look ahead past the time where we are in recovery.
If the mining goes well and both Plants are operating they should have good free cash flow if the Gold price is reasonably stable.
Management have been very good at paying dividends when they have spare cash so i think it is reasonable to anticipate dividends if things go to plan.
You can think what you like but i can't see how it is laughable.
