The truth of the matter is this. We had two German funds buy 3 to 5% each they manipulated it down to 1.05 buying between that and 1.30 ide say. Once they got their fill they said let's pump it up to true value.
Meanwhile, small investors who used stop losses were stopped out. It's criminal that somebody can come this late to the game and buy at the same levels when the risk is high.
