Can't understand the antics at closing.. there was initially 500k sell at 1.37 and then 1.5m bid at $1.45 hit.. the 500k seller than lifted the sell bid to $1.48. The $1.45 bid drag the sp from $1.405 prior to closing.
if it was a takeover... I would think it be a gradual buying/accumulating to get to 19.99% equity stake
