Look at the assets, including the chose in action, the plants the licences and the workforce and put a value on it. Look at miningnut's estimation of gold produced in cash flow terms. Do you seriously think they could not get another loan were it to be required given those assets and that cash flow, giving the funding required. We are condemned to live in the real world. That isn't " happy clap dribble". You are seeing problems where there are none.
