I sent email to [email protected] last Thursday along with my HIN numbers and didn't receive reply until Sunday. I then used the MS teams link they sent to Register it asks you for your First/Last name and email address and then you submit for approval. So they must be checking who registers as I still have not received the actual Teams meeting link to access the webinar.
So either something has gone wrong with how they have setup the Teams event or they are swamped trying to deal with all the emails coming through manually. This is not the way to manage a webinar they have to be fully automated and have a moderator managing the questions that come in with all attendees on mute with cameras off by default.
