I think Justice Lee is probably correct. The ASIC action and CA are basically making the same claims - it is hard to imagine one case getting up or being defeated without the other.
I still stand by my previous comments regarding WHY do we STILL not know the claimed damages by the CA yet?
When a BS 300m figure was on the table it was revealed to the media instantly and public domain, after the opt out process, why has this not been updated? This has a MASSIVE implication on the share price. if the damages are 1m for example then it's basically a non-event.
