hmm, just re-read over the whole list of reports by these guys. On that basis , its long time to go.
Costs up, Nickel % down, unhedged, large cap costs to reach better grades.
Marriot looks appalling. Duplex looks long term at best.
Fortunately, Im in the money, but cant see it holding this level let alone advancing.
