The only person with that many shares is Paul Hyslop, who owns 51% of the company.
The market does not like a CEO selling shares, but ZNO is a unique case as it has only issued 300k new shares since backdoor listing in May 2017, and all of those are in escrow until March 2021.
Any fund or large investor wanting a significant position would be looking to tap Paul for some of his shares if he was unwilling to agree to a placement/raise, which ZNO has not done since listing. Hopefully there is an explanation in the morning who the shares have gone to.
He still owns 42% of the company and I personally believe he deserves to take some money out, but the market reaction will be interesting.
