it doesn't mean anything until right before open as it will all change in the blink of an eye. if it stays the way it is and someone wants to buy some shares they could start an uptick or vise versa.
Don't look to much into depth to determine price movements, it can be deceiving. But yes it does look good to push into the 70s as it is, just hope the overall market doesn't shit itself.
