can someone explain the situation re market updates

stated "
The 17/2 ANN
"It has substantially expanded its raw material supply chain (the Company has placed
orders with its suppliers for 6 million litres of its active ingredients and for 4 million
new product containers). The Company is also changing its logistics arrangements in
order to better serve its customers."

So are the 4m bottles the same as the 4m containers??
Has the 3m litres of product been exhausted and the 6m litres of active ingredients is new
Also what does "changing logistics arrangement" mean
This type of ANN confuses Professional investors
It raises more questions rather than clarifies the situation especially when considered against the on line sales shut because of bottle shortage
Don't get me wrong I think this company is in a fantastic position just wish disclosure was more precise
