As a potential customer and shareholder, I've been frustrated by zoono online sales delay and ended up ordering a similar product from Australia for half the price of zoono.

I was cranky they stopped selling to the little guys, until I realised the ethical dilemna the company faced with their product demmand explosion.

Do they use their resources sending out lots of little orders to individuals, or send out bulk zoono to enable hospitals, public transport, shops etc to help protect a bigger proportion of the population?

Zoono is taking steps to increase production, so hopefully they can service commercial and general public soon. I believe shutting down the online sales has damaged zoono's reputation in the short term, but has hopefully helped to protect more people from illness or death in the long term.
