Down ramping or not, I was a holder bought from 1 dollar to 2.9 who sold at just under 3. I'm just not your typical long holder who invests emotionally. ZNO probably has a great future given the presence of covid and other diseases, but IMO 3 bucks has been its peak unless they can start growing again or pay div. Sales have been declining. We will see what the news will be in the next couple of months.
