Had a problem with another spray bottle and sent an email to the company about it - good news - they are on top of the problem and "changes are being made". Excellent customer service too as they are shipping a replacement bottle immediately.
What's not to love about this stock when it is cash flow positive, it works and it is backed up with good leadership and great customer service.
