Expectations of a good result:
Establishment of PE.
MACD (my favorite chart of where we've been to where we are going)
MACD: Strong buy signal.
Buy the rumor: sell the result, IF, MACD is turning over
Shorts now 1.38% down from peak of 3.03% May 1: price then $1.53
(the 1.38% figure is dated 3 Aug. almost certainly Fridays weakness due to shorting activity as just about the last chance to cover)

Observations on company:
Exponential growth from a standing start.
Outstanding product:
Exponential demand:
Initial shortage of Bulk & Bottles:
Order fulfilment compromised:

Observations on Management:
Management compromised by C19
In an ideal world, the CEO would get on a plane and consult the worlds leading:
Brand Managers.
Advertising Agencies:
PR
Fulfillment centers:
etc. etc.
Most of this expertise probably doesn't exist in NZ.
However, all this needed to be done remotely:
Zoom, skype etc. Does not work well in these situations.
You can't read the body language, or non verbal communication.
Yes: some distribution agreements, agents, seem to be flakey,
Action seems to be taken to buy back, and bring in-house some of these.
The last announcement to market was very badly written.

Expectation:
A well written report:
With clear guidance.
Along with addressing S.W.O.T
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.
Where we have been, what went wrong, how it was fixed, going forward...
Divi. not sure it's justified this year would rather see it reinvested in growth.

Conclusion:
All things considered:
A remarkable result,
given the circumstances of C.19!
