I guess you have to decide for yourself whether all the testing Zoono has been subject to, at different labs around the world, is enough to satisfy the UK regulators. If you believe then sure the shorters will have their day in the sun but by early September we should know which way the regulators are going. In the mean time all this free advertising, courtesy of the "big chemical companies that have had their feathers ruffled" you probably couldn't buy!
As far as the US goes it seems they're worried about the Covid killing claim. Well the Australian TGA has approved it as effective against Covid so...!

"We are currently looking into a number of complaints and enquiries that have been received into the department, and are liaising with the company in regards to these," a Trading Standards spokesman told The Australian Financial Review.
Mr Hyslop told the Financial Review he was not concerned about the complaints from large chemical companies to the Trading Standards over its 30 day claim, and Zoono has agreed to withdraw the claim temporarily.
"Big chemical companies are complaining and we have ruffled their feathers," he said.
Mr Hyslop pointed to an "old law" which allows Zoono to make antibacterial claims, but not name coronavirus itself, or its product would need to be classified as a drug.
"We are going to be presenting to Trading Standards in early September," he said. "If all our global testing, as well as testing in the UK is satisfied, we will be able to state that claim."
Zoono also ran into trouble in the US with the EPA after Cincinnati-based First Student, the largest school bus service company in the US, claimed it was using Zoono's disinfectant that could kill the coronavirus. Mr Hyslop added Zoono is undertaking more testing, which if successful, "the EPA will allow us to make a claim".
