Tal I see the reasons as 2 factors: firstly the Regal/BOM/ML shuffle has toyed with the price to their advantage, it sucks but it is still legal so we have to live with that fact. Secondly the market thinks that the Q4 numbers are unsustainable when in actual fact they are sustainable even without covid because of (a) the animal health profile going forward and (b) due to the new normal ie human sanitising paranoia.
