What's the point in me responding to your individual points when you disregard my answers in an increasingly rude way?
Comparing ZNO to WSP is like comparing cars with apples.WSP is a software company that signs long term contracts with fixed revenue it apportions over the life of the contract where as ZNO sells a physical product through individual, sporadic orders.
Unless a customer goes bankrupt WSP generates revenue every month from it's contracts where as if a ZNO customer has no obligation to buy.
WSP is a significant loss making business , where as ZNO is significantly profitable.
WSP has a significant amount of revenue growth factored into it's share price where as ZNO has none, the opposite in fact.
The list goes on....
Did you really expect ZNO to increase it's revenue from H2 FY20 to H1 FY21 & then to H2 FY21 when the guidance for the whole of FY21 was 'higher than $38m'?
As far as I am concerned nothing has changed since May/Jun, the revenue numbers are impossible to predict in the short term.
My estimate (for what it's worth) for FY21 back in May was $53m for FY21, that didn't change once the $36m H2 numbers were released & it still hasn't.
And yes I'm well aware that is below the current average run rate of approx $5m a month & yes that will mean that at least one of the remaining 3 quarters will almost certainly be below $14m.$53m -$14m (est) = $39m ÷ 3 = $13m average pq Q2-Q4.
Because revenue will continue to be lumpy & I don't think Q1 FY21 will be the lowest quarter in FY21.
I would be extremely happy if ZNO did $60m in FY21 & yes that would mean zero growth on a monthly run rate of $5m p.m.
I still expect ZNO to be significantly profitable in H1 FY21 & I still expect they will pay a dividend, all be it lower than the 3c for H2 FY20.
FY21 will be the year that ZNO finds it's baseline & transition from a high growth share to stable growth share IMO.
So if that means the market values it on a PE of 15 rather than 25+ then so be it, because even despite that the valuation IMO the share price will be higher this time next year.
You really need to ask yourself whether you still believe in the company , it's products & mngt?
If you don't sell up & save us from your whinging.
