Hey guys, just want to collate some questions before attempting to visit zno headquarters this week. Thanks @alex666 for sharing your email with the CFO.
1. Further clarification around the term "invoiced sales" why use it now, has there been a change in payment terms with customers?
2. Revenue churn, is the stagnation in revenue growth due to customers making cyclic orders or is there a high turnover of customers.
3. Details around gross margin, has there been pressure to reduce it to be more competitive.
4. Clarity around the perceived fall in revenue although language in 4c is attempting to put a positive spin on things. I.e. FY21 exceeding FY20...
