Management provided guidance and extra disclosures by way of communicating with select shareholders like @Tarvold, letting them disseminate that information on public forum and not launching any proceedings against them which makes that information true.
A bit like Mafia bosses who don't communicate directly but choose their messengers so they themselves can't be held accountable.
