    I believe it's an unselfish act by the CEO. It's not always about the money.
    Maybe PH sees a benefit in increasing liquidity and bringing on more institutional investors, and this will have a positive effect for all shareholders over the long term.
    He's been playing this game for 15 years now and he still owns 37% of the company...have to believe he's playing a long game
