I agree with Happ, this settlement is a major negative for many different reasons including pushing the SP down, and all because we can't even put a decent distributorship contract together that includes KPIs to hold the distributors to account. We have essentially been forced to hand over a relatively large amount of money to someone who did SFA. The ineptitude of ZNO management is almost beyond belief.
